·       Completion of all arrangements with our personal and professional supervision throughout

·       Bringing your loved-one in office hours from a local location ie hospital or care home(additional cost if from home) or home), into our care, (based on up to 14nights) and use of our chapel of rest

·       Preparation and dressing of your loved one if required (embalming not included)

·       Our Minehead oak veneered standard size coffin (or can change choice or upgrade interior at cost)

·       Our traditional hearse (based on 30 miles with significant stops if required) with option to have limousine (additional cost)

·       Our lady funeral director conductor

·       Our professional bearers

·       Choices of traditional or coloured ties for our team to wear on the day

·       Our creative services to edit, scan and upload your photos for a visual slideshow to be shown at crematorium’s chapel if required

·       Supply of up to 50 x A5 Simple Order of Service Booklets (up to 4 sides with 2 photos/images) designed inhouse printed on white card (value up to £85)

·       A service of around 30-40 minutes (depending on crematorium) you choose date Mon-Fri 10am to 4pm (unlimited people in attendance)

·       Our wildflower seed packets in memory of your loved one

·       Use of our funeral wreath or we can organise flowers on your behalf (at additional cost)

·       Collection of your floral tribute cards, which will be handed back to you after the service

·       Our online funeral announcement dedicated page

·       Our collection and administration of any charitable donations in memory, if required

·       Collection of your loved one's ashes and keeping them in our care for up to one months.

·       Assistance in choosing (additional cost) a scatter tube, urn, memory bear, jewellery as cremated ashes keepsake or temporary grave marker and permanent grave stone

·       The funeral officiant (value up to £240)

·       Provision of complimentary after care and advice by SAIF Care, and access to our monthly bereavement support group in Minehead

·       Cremation fees or Burial Costs (value up to £1250)

Cremation or Burial costs required on booking, then balance 3 days prior to funeral. The Government (DWP) may grant for those eligible a Funeral Expenses Payment to help towards some of the costs. Prices are correct at time of publishing. With the high standards and our comprehensive package, provides you with peace of mind that almost everything you could possibly need for the funeral to take place is provided, plus those little touches that mean so much.

Throughout your time with us, we will guide you through the logistics step by step, and we will complete all the paperwork necessary for the funeral, and coordinate everyone involved.

This gold package provides you with peace of mind. We will collect your loved one, care for them with dignity and compassion at all times, and you can use our peaceful Chapel of Rest to spend time with them. We will liaise with a suitable officiant to help you personalise the funeral service to your own needs, ensuring the life of your loved one is commemorated, remembered and honoured.

Our hearse will gently convey your loved one on their final journey. Our limousine will provide you with a funeral of understated elegance and style as the sleek vehicles take you and up to six other people from your designated starting point to the funeral venue, and then drive you back home or onto a funeral reception (wake) once the funeral service is over.

On the day of the funeral, you will be supported by our team of immaculately-uniformed professional drivers, bearers and lady funeral conductor, who are there to support you and provide you with the reassurance that is so important on such a difficult day. Plus our doors remain open to you after the day of the funeral with a variety of bereavement support to you.
