What’s Included In Our Direct Cremation - £1,395

The Essentials – These items are typically required for every funeral

 ·       Our Support and guidance, step by step, from our experienced, compassionate team. We will support with completing all necessary paperwork and liaising with all third parties.

·       Collection of your loved one who has died during office working hours (Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm) and within a 25 mile radius of our local branch. Additional charges will apply for out of hours collection, from a non-mortuary location, and any additional mileage.

·      Care of your loved one in our funeral home in our onsite secure clinical mortuary. Additional charges will apply if over 14 nights.

·       Standard Size Coffin - basic suitable for cremation with engraved name plate, chosen by us.

·       Wrapping the person who has died in a simple white shroud provided by us.

·       Arrange for personal items to beplaced in the coffin, should you wish.

·       A closed coffin visit to the person who has died at our premises When you choose a direct cremation, this does not usually include the chance to spend time with the person who has died beforehand. At Amanda-Louise Funeral Services, we understand that this time might be important for some families, so we include the option of spending time before the cremation, either the afternoon before or on the morning of, which allows for a private moment of farewell.

·       We will select a booking at Sedgemoor or Taunton Crematorium in Somerset, and let you know the time and date.

·      Our online death/funeral notice to share with family and friends.

·      Our private ambulance to travel from our funeral home directly to the crematorium.

·      Using a trolley to convey coffin into crematorium' s chapel with a piece of music, chosen by us or you, as we enter via the front door of the crematorium’s chapel (no ceremony nor attendance by family or friends).

Scattering of ashes in Crematorium's Gardens of Remembrance or you can collect them from the Crematorium. Additional charges will apply if you wish us to collect these on your behalf.

·      Inhouse grief support and bereavement telephone counselling

·       Unattended cremation fee

Payment terms: We require full payment by bank transfer 5 workingdays before the date of the funeral. If payment is being made through thedeceased family member’s bank account, solicitor or DWP, we appreciate this cansometimes take longer and we would need to see proof that the payment requesthas been submitted and is in progress (an admin fee will apply in those cases)

What’s Included In Our Simple Attended Cremation With Informal Service - £2,625

The Essentials – These items are typically required for every funeral

Price is based on our CMA Standard Price List

·       Our Support and guidance, step by step, from our experienced, compassionate team. We will support with completing all necessary paperwork and liaising with all third parties.

·       Collection of your loved one who has died during office working hours (Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm) and within a 25 mile radius of our local branch. Additional charges will apply for out of hours collection, from a non-mortuary location, and any additional mileage.

·      Care of your loved one in our funeral home in our onsite secure clinical mortuary. Additional charges will apply if over 14 nights.

·       Standard Size Coffin - A simple wood effect traditional coffin with engraved name plate (or choose upgrade at additional cost).

·       Wrapping your loved one in a simple white shroud provided by us.

·       Arrange for personal items to be placed in the coffin, should you wish.

·       You decide on date, time and crematorium (Sedgemoor or Taunton) subject to availability.

·      Our online death/funeral notice to share with family and friends.

·       Help with creating an intimate family-led service, with a single photo to display at the service, and two pieces of music.

·       Use of our artificial wreath if desired.

·      Our private ambulance to travel from our funeral home directly to the crematorium, meeting the family there. Using a trolley to convey coffin into crematorium's chapel before attendees enter. Additional charge if you prefer hearse and bearers.

·      Our in memory seed packets for mourners, given out at the funeral.

·      Scattering of ashes in Crematorium's Gardens of Remembrance or you can collect them from the Crematorium. Additional charges will apply if you wish us to collect these on your behalf.

What’s Included in Our Minehead Amanda-Louise Chapel Hall Service With Funeral - £3,247 all inclusive

The Essentials – These items are typically required for every funeral

·       Collection of your loved one who has died during office working hours (Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm) and within a 25 mile radius of our local branch. Additional charges will apply for out of hours collection, from a non-mortuary location, and any additional mileage.

·      Care of your loved one in our funeral home in our onsite secure clinical mortuary. Additional charges will apply if over 14 nights.

·       Standard Size Coffin – A traditional MDF oak wood effect with engraved name plate (or choose upgrade at additional cost)

·       Option to haveyour loved one dressed in their own clothes (we can collect clothing if local).

·       Arrange for personal items to beplaced in the coffin, should you wish. Our complimentary message cardsavailable for you to write a message to your loved one.

·       As many meetings as needed to create a unique ceremony - this will include exploring the many types of order of service ideas, designing bespoke floral arrangements, presenting options for hospitality after the service.

·       Organising music, photo, slideshow and video tributes if required

·      Support organising flowers if required. Flower charge will apply.

·      Support with wording, to have funeral notice in newspaper. Their charge will apply.

·       You decide on date, and time subject to availability.

·       Exclusive hire of our Chapelfor up to 4 hours to hold your funeral ceremony Monday to Friday day or eveningor Saturday between 10am to 2pm, use of our equipment (tv, music and lectern).To include our in memory seed packets, tissues, love heart sweets placed ontoseating. Tea, coffee and water on arrival.  Additional cost ifadditional time is required, buffet and bar menus.

·       Option to have as many visits to see your loved one as you wish, whilst in our care in office hours.

Funerals designed and created for Military & Veterans

If you are looking for a bespoke funeral designed to honour someone within the serving military, or a veteran, or perhaps a police officer, fire person or prison officer for example, with the honours they are entitled to, then Amanda-Louise Funeral Services is here to provide your prefect funeral. We’ll listen to your ideas, offering our suggestions if required, then together we’ll create a detailed plan.

DIY Home Funeral Support - The Details

·       Practical support and advice to keep the person who has died in their own home up until the day of their funeral if appropriate to do so, to include advice so you can arrange the funeral administration and paperwork yourself

·       At additional costs, we can offer embalming procedures, completion of legal paperwork on your behalf, coffin, hearse and care and support in our clinical mortuary if and when you feel the time is right
