Some fees are essential, others are optional, so the total cost will depend on the choices you make.
Our estimate will show a breakdown so you know how you are spending your money, including our fees and all third party costs. Third party costs are crematorium, church, celebrant, florist etc - these prices are always subject to change as these are not our prices
Our experience tells us no funerals are the same, so we have some popular "funeral choices" for all budgets and needs, plus opportunity to curate a funeral from scratch showing our full and additional prices.
Meeting regulation, we also show our "CMA Standard Price List" which every funeral directors should clearly display - that way you can compare prices but doesnt relate to quality comparison.

Minehead Funeral Service
Funeral Director’s fees which include as standard:
· 24/7, 365 phone response
· choice of coming to your home locally or meeting in branch to make arrangements as suits you
· Collection of person who has died from local hospital*
· care in our mortuary (based on up to14 days)
· assistance with all necessary documentation, liaising with necessary third party professionals regarding funeral arrangements & our online funeral page
· a visit to see the person who has died at our premises in office hours, if desired
· our standard size Minehead coffin with simple liner
· use of our artificial wreath to accompany coffin, if desired
· exclusive hire of our Minehead funeral home (of up to 4 hours) to hold your funeral ceremony for up to 45 attendees Monday to Saturday day or early evening, our professional editing to have photo slideshow on our large TV screen, music and lectern for your officiant(whether that’s our inhouse celebrant, external celebrant, minister or even family member led). Our in memory of seed packets and tissues on each seats for attendees. Tea, coffee and water provided. Coffin can be present, as well as option for everyone to have private moment in our chapel of rest with coffin following service. (Opportunity to have service webcast so can watch remotely if desired and/pr catering following service and bar facilities.

Unattended Cremation
Funeral Director’s fees which include as standard:
· 24/7, 365 phone response
· choice of meeting you in our funeral home to make arrangements or discussion over telephone, as suits you
· collection of person who has died from local hospital*
· care in our mortuary (based on up to14 days)
· assistance with all necessary documentation, and liaising with necessary third party professionals regarding funeral arrangements
· online funeral page
· a simple coffin of our choice
· use of our artificial wreath to accompany coffin at funeral
· journey of your loved one in our private ambulance to the crematorium with our funeral director or operative attending entering via chapel’s front door (we gently convey coffin into chapel using trolley listening to a piece of music of your choosing, we gently place coffin onto catafalque, we bow paying our respects before we exit crematorium’s chapel)
· our collection of the ashes from the crematorium on your behalf if required, and store them for you for up to 1 month in readiness of your collection
· our complimentary bereavement support
· option to offset carbon footprint by planting tree(s) in memory (surcharge)

Signature Bespoke Funeral
Funeral Director’s fees which include as standard:
· 24/7, 365 phone response
· choice of coming to your home locally or meeting in branch to make arrangements as suits you
· advice on registration of death and related documentation/processes
· Collection of person who has died from local hospital*
· care in our mortuary (based on up to14 days)
· assistance with all necessary documentation and liaising with necessary third party professionals regarding funeral arrangements
· as many visits to see the person who has died in office hours, as you wish
· as many meetings as needed to create an unique ceremony, for example exploring ideas about orders of service, flowers, hospitality, music and photo tributes plus advice on selecting vehicles, coffin and all other necessary choices
· administration of media service requests; scanning, editing, uploading etc where required
· your choice of date, time and location for the funeral service including Saturday morning funeral option

· Assistance ordering flowers, and receiving and care of floral tributes, and delivery of flowers after the service to a local destination of your choice
· the services of our staff throughout the funeral planning, and our funeral director present on the day overseeing the funeral
· collection and administration of charitable donations if required
· Use of our lectern to capture attendees names
· our complimentary seed packets as memory gift for family and friends on day of funeral
· our collection of the ashes from the crematorium on your behalf if required, and store them for you for up to 1 month in readiness of your collection (where relevant) or assistance in choosing and purchasing a temporary and/or permanent headstone at the appropriate time for burials
· to include our robust policies & procedures to ensure compliance is met and the person in our care is safe. To also include upkeep of our funeral home, equipment, insurances and our expertise.
· provision of complimentary grief aftercare and advice provided by SAIF Care, access to our bereavement support groups in Minehead and our grief lending library

DIY Home Funeral Package
DIY Home Funeral Support - The Details
· Practical support and advice to keep the person who has died in their own home up until the day of their funeral if appropriate to do so, to include advice so you can arrange the funeral administration and paperwork yourself
· At additional costs, we can offer embalming procedures, completion of legal paperwork on your behalf, coffin, hearse and care and support in our clinical mortuary if and when you feel the time is right

Simplicity Cremation Funeral
Funeral Director’s fees which include as standard:
· 24/7, 365 phone response
· choice of coming to your home locally or meeting in branch to make arrangements as suits you
· collection of person who has died from local hospital*
· care in our mortuary (based on up to14 days)
· assistance with all necessary documentation, and liaising with necessary third party professionals regarding funeral arrangements
· online funeral page
· our standard size Minehead coffin with simple liner
· option to visit person who has died (once, in office hours by appointment) whilst in our care and have them dressed in alternative clothes
· use of our artificial wreath to accompany coffin, if desired
· journey of your loved one in our private ambulance (hearse optional) directly to the crematorium with our funeral director, meeting attendees there
· Coffin in place in the crematorium (using trolley) before attendees enter
· 30 minute reflective service inclusive of entry and exit, to include opportunity to listen to music and have 1 photo on screen (our funeral director to say words or family led)*
