We are So Excited and We Cant Just Hide It!
What an honour to be nominated for this prestigious UK funeral awards, and overjoyed to recently learn that Amanda-Louise Funeral Director has reached finalist stage of the Yearly Achievement Category for her work in funerals, her charity and community work and combatting towards climate change.
"Being recognised is such a privilege, so thank you to everyone who nominated me and to the judges who felt we deserved to be one of the finalist across the UK funeral industry. Our ethos has always been to care for the living, the departed and our environment so its fantastic that our work has been recognised.
Whilst our day to day work is all about supporting our bereaved families to have meaningful funerals, supporting our local community towards combatting food hunger, our modern education to demystify death and funerals for adults and children as well as our sustainability and planting more trees in the UK, whilst supporting our military veterans, is very important to us too. This recognition means so much, and of course its not all about me, its a dedication to everyone involved of their hard work to be a positive influence.
Im genuinely honoured for the families who have entrusted us to be their funeral director in their hour of need, and taking the trouble to vote for my funeral directors in these UK funeral industry awards." - Amanda-Louise
